So last night as I was coming with with the girls from work, two ladies met me in the driveway.....one of them is moving here for border patrol with her husband and three kids, and she basically wanted to buy our house without even seeing inside.......she had just heard about the great work my husband did to it!!!! She is supposed to call matt this morning, so we shall see!!!!!! It appeared that she had quite a bit of money, so the only thing I am thinking is that she might find a house in a higher price range that she might like better...her friend lives right around the corner from us though!
Keep your fingers crossed that I sell my house on the first day of the kids coming to school at my new job :)
