Deciding on a house...

I never knew how hard it would be to design the perfect house for us.  Matt and I got up early this morning, took the girls to his mom's and went to canada looking at the modular homes over there....we didn't fall in love with anything, and we can't even decide if we want a ranch or a cape.....such a hard decision.  I am always so critical of our house, but when I got home today, I thought to myself, "if I would have seen this house today as a modular I would have fallen in love with it"  we do live in a beautiful house.......so i think that makes it even harder.  if we were living in a shack and building our first nice house, i think this would be easier.....(i know i sound like a spoiled brat, but this is how my mind is thinking right now)  There are so many options....how big to make the entryway...what a want in a kitchen...yikes!!!  first we need to decide if we want a ranch or a cape!!!!
