What is better than having a friend that will meet you at the gym at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday?????? Can't think of anything right now because this girl has helped me on my weight loss challenge so much! It is a double good thing because not only do we get to sweat our fat off (she doesn't have any fat, she is just helping me!) but we also get to have some girl time (something that doesn't come easy after two kids) My girls should sleep until 7:30 so I will be home just a little after they wake up. I think it's good for their dad to get to have them by himself for a morning too because they are soooooooo cute first thing in the morning and he never gets to see that!

By the way, for anyone toying with going to the gym to really get your weight loss going, I would highly recommend it....I have been trying to loose 50 lbs since August 1, 2011. Just in the last two weeks since I have started the gym I have lost 6 which brings me down to 27 lost since August.......by this August 1 I will be beach body ready for the family reunion!
